• Choose the site below where you would like to look for an appointment.
• Click anywhere within the colored block to find an appointment.
• You will see the days and hours of operation for that site.
• Click “Make an Appointment” at the bottom.
• Enter your preferred date. You will be shown available appointments on and/or near that date.
• Select a time slot and click Make Appointment–you may have to scroll to the bottom!
• Make sure you complete all steps. You will receive confirmation by email.
• You do not need to bring the confirmation but you will need it to change or cancel your appointment.
